Privacy at Zero Horizon

Zero Horizon Ltd (“we”, “us”) is a company registered in England and Wales that makes apps and games. This policy explains how we approach your information across our products and this website. Each product also has its own privacy policy with the details for that product; where the two differ, the product’s own policy applies.

Our approach

• We collect as little as we can, and only what a product needs to work.
• Our products do not require an account to use them.
• We do not sell your personal information.
• Wherever we can, your information stays on your own device.

Information our products may use

What a product uses depends on what it does. A product’s own policy says exactly which of these apply.

• Location: only to provide a feature that needs it, such as showing what is near you, and only with your permission. You can decline and keep using the product.
• Information you send us: if you contact us or submit something through a product, we keep what you provide so we can respond or act on it.
• Content you enter: some features send what you type to a service provider to produce a result, and we do not keep it longer than needed to do that.
• Settings and progress: stored on your device and, where a product offers it, in your own Apple or Google account, which we cannot see.
• Advertising: free products that show adverts use advertising partners, which collect information from your device to show and measure adverts. Where your device asks for permission to track, adverts are only personalised if you allow it.
• Purchases: in-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google. We never receive your payment details.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run our products, such as hosting, databases, app stores, advertising and AI services. They process information only to provide their service, under their own privacy policies.

This website

zerohorizon.studio has no accounts, forms, cookies or tracking. Like any website, it is delivered through service providers that see standard technical information such as your IP address. It remembers your sound setting in your own browser, and that never leaves your device.

How long we keep information

We keep information only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, and then delete it.

Your rights

If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, data protection law gives you rights over your personal data, including the right to access it, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, and withdraw consent. Contact us and we will help.

You have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) or your local data protection authority.

International transfers

Some of our service providers process information outside the UK, including in the United States, using the safeguards described in their own policies.

Children

Our products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed.
